Provider of software, services and tools for the media and PR relations industry, Cision has launched a new service providing detailed information on the leading technology journalists, influencers and outlets in the and US.

 

 

The enhanced Technology Media Profiles contain detailed data on thousands of social media influencers, internet news, print and broadcast outlets that focus on a variety of technology topics, including  mobile and telecommunications, SaaS, cloud computing and consumer electronics in the UK and the US markets.

 

 

Cision's pitching profiles also contain editors and reporters at broad-based media - Internet sites, top daily newspapers, magazines and broadcast outlets- as well as top media, sites and freelancers that are dedicated to technology coverage.

 

 

Cision also aims to give PRs with insight into the social media sphere by offering them thousands of the UK's and US' top technology blogs and bloggers, the most influential Tweeters and the top online forums and consumer review sites. Cision also listed the most popular technology-related public Facebook groups around brands as well as unbranded ones.

 

 

Contact information in the expanded profiles includes: detailed overviews of the journalist or influencer, along with their direct quotes where available; biographical information; filing deadlines; preferences that describe how they want to be contacted; likes and dislikes with detailed pitching tips; and social media content like Twitter handles, a live Twitter feed and LinkedIn profiles.
